    Sierra Rathbun is an Air Force veteran and the owner of Rathbun Co.

    Her background comes from remodeling her own home and working on client remodels, with a focus on carpentry, finish work, and practical problem solving.

    That hands-on experience is paired with an MBA from Syracuse University, which shapes how projects are planned, scoped, and managed.

    The result is clear communication, realistic expectations, and work that’s thought through before the first cut is made.
